SHIPPING FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS
- Our standard shipping is U.S. Postal Service, First Class with Delivery Confirmation, where available.
- We normally ship with 24-48 hours of recept of your order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery in the USA, and 1 - 3 weeks outside the USA.
- Overnight and 2nd Day shipping are available. Our shopping cart makes these choices available to you, and shows you current costs for these services.
- Our prints are in numerous countries all over the world, and we would love to ship to your country.
PAYMENT
- We are set up to take internet orders via PayPal and major credits cards via PayPal.
- PayPal can convert any currency into U.S. dollars.

RETURNS
- We want you to enjoy the things you own, and we stand behind our products. We will accept returns for any reason. The only exception is commissioned work, which is not returnable.
- Returns are accepted if put back into the mail within 30 days of receipt.
- Please notify us by email if you intend to return.
- Buyer is responsible for item until it reaches the Seller. Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a good package with internal padding) because merchandise must be received by us in salable condition. Returns must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. For returns from outside the U.S., please contact us.
- Please Note, refunds are NOT given on shipping charges.

RIGHTS
- You do not buy the rights to your image, you buy only that particular instance of it. Rights to all images are retained by Sue Kouma Johnson. This applies to all prints and originals. Images cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Archival Quality:
Our prints are hand signed by the artist, printed on acid-free fine art paper with high quality
Epson pigments (instead of dyes), rated by a third party to last up to 200 years or more.
These prints are beautiful today and are time capsules of the faith for future generations.
