"The Sacrifice of Saints Perpetua and Felicity"
Perpetua was a noble lady of Carthage, imprisoned in 202 AD for being a Christian. She gave up her baby, and was joined by some friends, including Felicity, who was pregnant.  Perpetua, on the left, has already decided to give up her life for Christ (that's why she looks more like an icon.). Felicity is deciding.
